Reframe: A New Chapter Starts Here

G’day Wattle Tribe

It’s so good to be back.

The last few months have been a lot. The world keeps shifting, my family has moved to the other side of the planet, and for the first time in nearly a decade I did something unfamiliar: I stopped.

I got still. I reflected. I took care of myself.

And no—this wasn’t selfish. It was necessary.

Nearly 10 years ago, Wattle Café was born as a little café in Manhattan. Through COVID, it evolved further into an e-commerce business. And now, it’s evolving again—into something deeper: a space for intentional living, wellness, and real-life change.

Some of you know that years ago I became a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrated Nutrition (IIN). Since then, I’ve spoken, coached, and written about food, lifestyle, and what it really means to be well. But here’s the honest truth:

As a woman at this stage of life, this is my next pivot.

Wellness is still my foundation—but now I want to use my voice to build a community. A place for people who, like me, have found themselves in circumstances they didn’t plan or expect… and are still choosing to move forward.

For me, mindset, cognitive sovereignty, and wellness are inseparable. They shape how we eat, how we think, and how we show up for our lives.

So consider this newsletter the first in a series: a gentle, honest audit of our lives.

Each week, I’ll share small, practical steps I’m taking to get myself back on track—no hype, no “rah rah,” no empty motivation. Just real, grounded changes that actually work. Because the truth is, we already have what we need. We just get drowned out by noise, distraction, and overwhelm.

For this week, here’s your only invitation:

Pause.

Before your next meal, take one breath. Be present. Feel grateful for the journey that food took to reach you. This isn’t about religion—it’s about training ourselves to come back into the moment. Out of our heads. Out of the spiral of worry. Back into our bodies and our lives.

That’s where change starts.

And if you’d like support doing this—personally, gently, and in a way that fits your real life—I’m opening a small number of 1:1 coaching spaces.

Warmly,
Ana
